Wellness Fassa is brand new. The renovations were completed at the end of October 2017. It has two double bedrooms both with their own luxurious bathroom finished with marble and an original mosaic, a double sofa bed, a modern kitchen with induction hobs, marble walls, alternating with stone walls lit by LEDs embedded in special velvet. The apartment is waiting to be your ideal warm and luxurious residence for your mountain holidays. The apartment, on the second floor of a building of 9 apartments, is located in the centre of the town of Pozza, where you will find all the services for a comfortable luxurious stay, starting with the garage, from where you can take the lift to the Fassa Wellness; ideal for those who don’t want to give up all the convenience of being in the centre of Pozza di Fassa, a town in the heart of the valley with impressive views of the Vajolet Towers, three huge rock spurs that appear to pierce the sky, as well as being a paradise for mountaineers and hikers.

Pozza di Fassa offers all the facilities to make your stay comfortable and is an ideal location as a starting point for skiing and all winter sports, with the slopes so close that you will feel like you can touch them. Even in the hotter seasons, Pozza is the hub to devote yourself to the most diverse of activities, such as golf, paragliding, horse riding, or trekking with expert guides, without losing sight of the shopping streets of nearby Cortina and Madonna di Campiglio.

- The cost of electricity is not included and will be paid separately. Consumption will be displayed on the digital counter visible at any time directly in the living room;
-Payment must be paid 50% on confirmation of booking and the remaining 50% upon check-in;
- A security deposit of € 300 is requested at check-in as a guarantee, with full refund except in case of indecorous conditions in which the farm is left at the check-out: in this case a flat-rate of 100 euros will be retained.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The tourist rental contract can be unilaterally canceled by the contractor, upon written notice, up to 60 days before the date of arrival provided by the guest, without this having to pay any cancellation charges. Outside of the aforementioned term, the unilateral withdrawal by the contractor is only possible upon payment of the following commissions:
- From 120 to 60 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total budgeted
- From 60 to 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total budgeted
- From 30 days up to 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total budgeted
- Up to 8 days before the arrival date, 80% of the total budgeted
- In the week preceding the date of arrival, 100% of the total budgeted will be charged in the event of early departure or delayed arrival
